    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. The Statement is in relation to the killing of police officers in Lokichogio. In the Statement, I would like the Chairperson to address the following pertinent issues:- (a) confirm if the Government is aware of the killings that took place on 18th July, 2015, where an Officer Commanding Police Station (OCS) Lokichogio and National Police Reservists were killed by Toposa cattle rustlers from the Eastern Equatorial State of South Sudan; (b) explain the action the Government will take to arrest the raiders; and, (c) state what further steps the Government will undertake to guarantee the security of the residents living along our border with South Sudan. Thank you very much."
