    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Cabinet Secretary who stepped aside was very familiar with the issues that the task force was to deal with, because he was part of the discussion from the beginning. He himself had taken very personal interest in that matter and we thought it wise – especially because he was cleared by the EACC – to wait for him because his reappointment could be any time before we rush with this matter. I, therefore, plead with my colleague to give Mr. Kosgei, the Cabinet Secretary, a little more time to see if he will come back to continue with this project."
