    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do sincerely appreciate the answer given by the Assistant Minister about the death of Gitonga Kingâori of Miteru Village, Kimahuri in Kieni. I will try and inform the family and ask them why they have not forwarded a claim to the Ministry. In the meantime, this death could not have happened were the fence around Mt. Kenya complete. I have brought this issue severally in this House. I have asked the Assistant Minister to complete the fence but now he has said that the project will be completed. There are several projects on the Mt. Kenya fence. What is the role of the community and the Government in the construction of this fence?"
