    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also stand to support this Bill. If you look at the amendments that are proposed in this Bill, you will realize that the Bill is advocating for the creation of an enhanced coordination and liaison between the CUE and the county governments. In view of the fact that most counties are now advocating for the creation of universities and bearing in mind that we have already passed a Bill here, it is only proper that we should support this amendment to create some order and sanity in the manner in which these institutions will be managed in this country.
