    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for those interjections. I sincerely apologise for what happened this morning. We had to ring the bell several times and I frantically had to go out to look for anybody who was within the precincts of Parliament. I found a few whom I informed about the meeting, but they did not come. I thought I would find my friend, Chris, because I really wanted him to be there. I tried to get him through telephone, but it was not possible. I will lay the report on the Table. We have agreed that we tour the area shortly with the two Ministers. After that, they will come again to tell us how the situation is like in north eastern and other parts of Kenya."
