    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. First, I would like to thank the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Land and Natural Resources, the distinguished Senator for Vihiga County, Sen. Khaniri for going out of his way to get a response to this statement. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I sought this statement in May, 2015. As you can see, it has taken over two and a half months to get the responses. The Senator had to issue summons to get the responses. It was actually like trying to milk a camel to get the answers. Therefore, I commend him for the good work he has done."
