    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to better what the distinguished Senator for Kakamega has asked; that the statement being given be tabled first and copies be availed to every distinguished Senator, so that we can interrogate it in greater detail and from an informed position. The distinguished Senator for Nyandarua is a very honourable Member who is never known to act maliciously. However, I can also see this as a ploy to use menial appointments to small, unhelpful and moribund parastatals to mask the massive tribalism that the Jubilee Government is practising in this country; so that they can tell us that there are ten Samburus appointed to Ewaso Nyiro Development Authority, to mask the number of others appointed as Cabinet Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Ambassadors and everything. I am not casting any aspersions on Sen. Karue because he is a very respectable Member, but I hope that this is not a ploy to sweep tribalism under the carpet; that is the official policy of this Jubilee regime."
