    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to add my voice to this Bill. First, I take the opportunity to congratulate Sen. Halima for bringing such an important Bill that affects most of us. This is considering that with education, everything is possible; we can improve the economy, and ourselves, socially and career-wise. I would like to refer to one of the objectives of university education as stated in the Bill which is “Support and contribute to the realization of national, economic and social development.” This is a very important point in the development of the economy of the country and the counties.
