    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I would also like to thank the Senate Majority Leader for his effort to present this Bill to this House. This is because I think that this has taken too long since we came here. It was supposed to have come in our first year, so that Members would have then familiarized themselves with this situation which is new to them. All these things which are contained in this Bill are just like the previous laws except for a few areas where they have put some emphasis. Everything happens for a reason and now that we are considering how to give the Members of Parliament all the privileges that they require within Parliament Buildings, we should also expect them to understand that we are watched by everybody. Whatever we do or utter is seen and heard by the public. We may not be accused for some utterances but you cannot repeat them out there in the real world.
