This was not a statement, but a report of the Committee on National Security for Mandera, Kapedo and Laikipia. I would like to inform the House that last week, we had agreed to lay this Report on the Table today. Unfortunately, the Report is still in the process of getting an approval. Therefore, with your indulgence, I request Sen. Billow to bear with us and to lay the report on the Table next week."
