    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Vice Chairperson of the Committee for the answer and for the efforts she has been making in giving us a response to this very important issue. I want to express my deepest disappointment over this matter. The killings were done three months ago. I raised the issue here and even after visiting the CS in his office, he promised that an operation to flush out the herders who were harassing and killing the people of Kitui County was going to be undertaken. However, up to today, it has not been done. The second point was the issue of arming police reservists to protect themselves because, so far, the Government has failed to protect the people which is a right guaranteed by the Constitution.
