    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Senate Minority Leader to question his own responsibility in terms of the performance of this House? If there is someone who is culpable in so far as the performance of the Committees of this House is concerned, the leading one will be the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader. Is it in order for the Senate Minority Leader to question the performance of the Committees of this House, when this House, the Standing Orders and Constitution, put a responsibility on himself to ensure that Committees perform in the manner in which they are supposed to?"
