    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 10th July, 2015, I rose to seek a statement on two issues; that is, the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) and Uwezo Fund. Whereas I apologise for my absence yesterday, the statement was issued yesterday in my absence, contrary to the traditions and practices of this House. It was supposed to be deferred because the person who sought it was absent. Once again, I request the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget to issue the statement, so that I can interrogate his answer."
