    "content": "The time there is a letter to the Speaker of the Senate indicating that there are changes to the coalition agreements of various political parties is when the Speaker will make a substantive ruling on the matter. I also want to make it clear that whether one sits on the left or right side, they have equal treatment and benefits from the Speaker and by the law and the Constitution to serve as Senators, representing counties and their interests.
