    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. There was a Committee that was dealing with organized crimes. All the witnesses who appeared before the Committee, which were basically the leadership of Kenya Youth Alliance Group, said that their lives were in danger. True to their word, all of them, with no exception, who appeared before that Committee of Parliament, were all executed. As we wait for the progress on that particular case, could the Minister assure the House that extra-judicial killings will cease forthwith?"
