(Dr.) Boni Khalwale; a highly educated Kenyan and medical doctor to stand here and tell Kenyans about some purported thieves in Government, while he knows that the Opposition Chief Whip and the Mover of this Motion was in that list. I request that you demand an apology and withdrawal."
