    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I apologise, both to the House and my brother, Sen. Musila, for not giving a response today. I got a response which was very unsatisfactory because it did not address the issues that were raised by Sen. Musila. Our subsequent discussions with the Cabinet Secretary (CS) were not fruitful. So, I have sent the questions back for the CS to include all that was raised by Sen. Musila. I hope that we will have a better response on Thursday."
