    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am very disappointed. The House will recall that this matter has been coming up almost every time we meet. The matter was postponed because – to quote the HANSARD – the Vice-Chairperson said; “I would request my Chairperson to accompany me to the office of the CS for the Ministry of Interior and Co- ordination of National Government to address this matter face to face with him.” That was on 7th July, 2015.
