    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the observations made by the Senators who have spoken are legitimate. But I would not like to speculate as to how the bullet went to the roof. It is unfortunate that the officers who investigated this case have the feeling that it as a case of suicide. That notwithstanding, there is an investigation which is going on, which will reveal the happenings leading to the death of the late police officer. Also, there is nothing to suggest, as reported, that the pathologist said that the deceased was shot. But we should leave the matter under investigation so that the truth can come out. Regarding giving the deceased the full honour accorded following the death of a police officer, I explained that since suicide was suspected, such an honour could not be applied but hopefully when the truth comes out, something will be done."
