"content": "There is a Petition before the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. Under the Standing Orders, we will be waiting for the recommendations that they will make. You will still need to harmonize all those provisions from the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare and the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. We will still want to include the stakeholders and interrogate on those matters. It is therefore a whole process. According to me, to proceed to vote on this matter will not alter that process. The Chair is alive to the issues and I have made a commitment. It is in our own interest to ensure that our staff members at the counties get a decent pension and in the proper manner. Thank you.
