I want to confess that I have made copies of that newspaper excerpt and I have given it to my senior, the only senior counsel in the Senate, Sen. Orengo. We are quoting from what appears to be the extract of the speech of President Obama and exactly what he said. From my reading, it appears to be an accurate description of exactly what he said. It even includes applause where it was necessary."
