    "content": "The first message is that the Parliamentary Service (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.21 of 2014) and the National Government Coordination (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bill No.30 of 2014) were published in the Kenya Gazette Supplement Nos. 79 and 104 of 30th May 2014, and 2nd July 2014, respectively as Bills originating in the Senate. The Parliamentary Service (Amendment) Bill was passed by the Senate on Wednesday, 8th July 2015 with amendments, and the National Government Coordination (Amendment) Bill 2014 was passed by the Senate on Wednesday, 8th 2015 without amendments and in the form attached hereto. In accordance with the provisions of Article 110 of the Constitution, the Senate now seeks concurrence of the National Assembly on the said Bills."
