Members, the second message reads as follows:- “The National Drought Management Authority Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 42 of 2013) as published in the Kenya Gazette Supplement No.160 of 15th November 2013 passed by the National Assembly on 12th November 2014, was passed by the Senate on Wednesday, 8th July 2015 with amendments and in the form attached hereto. The Senate now seeks concurrence of the National Assembly on the amendments to the Bill.”"
