Members, I am informed that the House resolved that every Member contributing to this Bill speaks for a maximum of 45 minutes. It is not to say that every Member will have 45 minutes. I know several of us speak for five minutes and we are satisfied. I know there is a reason even for that, but I also want to announce that the following Members have so far contributed. They are Hon.
