    "content": " All right. Ordinarily, such Motions should come before 6.00 p.m., according to the Standing Orders. But I am cognizant of Article 94. Those are issues of concern to the people that you represent. We are not robots here to work within some constraints that disallow us from representing our people. I, therefore, think that Standing Order No.1 was designed to deal with extra-ordinary circumstances. I, therefore, order that the House will extend its sitting up to 7.00 p.m. to allow a few more Members to ventilate themselves on this. That goes with reciprocity that you do not have to speak for five minutes because you are saying the same thing that everybody else has said.
