    "content": "He is wondering whether we have that. I can show that to him. However, on a more serious note, as has been said by my colleagues - and I will not want to repeat too much – having an identity card is your fundamental right. It appears that the minority groups are the ones that are hit the worst, especially the Muslims, tribes in North Eastern Province and other places. We wonder whether there is an hidden agenda to disenfranchise those groups, so that they do not vote. It is a shame to see the same Government wasting money."
