    "content": "Clearly, if the EACC is apparently in pursuit of a partisan agenda and goes after Hon. Wamalwa merely because he exercised what is constitutionally bestowed upon him by the Constitution of Kenya to make laws, then that is a very unfortunate situation. I am glad that my good friend, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, has said that he is taking up this matter. Parliament must be allowed to operate freely."
