    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. Let me thank my colleague, Hon. Waluke, for bringing this Motion. I support it with amendments. As we argue over the issue of police officers, their terms of service, the way they conduct themselves and what should be done, we should consider whether despite training them, we should give them the right ammunitions, accommodation and other facilities for them to execute their mandate. The problem of the police officers is two-fold, namely, they are trained and given jobs, but are they remunerated to the extent that they are comfortable?"
