    "content": "I must say that this Motion is extremely timely because we all understand the conditions under which our policemen and women are operating. I believe that what the Members of Parliament have actually spoken about in the entire morning is, indeed, true. The working conditions of our policemen and women are pathetic. I believe the only way that we can prevent those specialized trained persons from running away from the police force is improving their working conditions and environment and, of course, their remuneration."
