    "content": "This is a very historic Motion and I support and congratulate the hon. Member. Indeed, it is quite fitting that this Motion is coming from a Member who has a background and history from the disciplined forces. Just to say that even as we do this - and I support fully – we should retain officers in whom the public has invested. Let us also make their working conditions an incentive for them to want to stay on their own free will. I support this Motion."
