    "content": "So, registration of firearms will be an important element and those who are supposed to take up the jobs of ensuring that records are properly kept should be people of high integrity. It is just the Motion we were talking about here, about police officers. Maybe, there was no enough time for us to talk but there are officers who, apart from just going to look for jobs outside there, some of them have used the same arms to commit crime in order to earn a living. That is because the arms they carry are supposed to take care of people, but they do not have a tracking device. The arms that they carry to protect Very Important Persons (VIPs) do not have tracking devices. They are licensed to carry arms, but there is no tracking. So, somebody who guards a Member of Parliament here will drop him or her at home. Then he or she has the whole night to commit a crime with the same weapons and come back in the morning. It is a very important thing that must be done in this country."
