    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, investigations have been established for the 21 children who were affected. Investigations show that they had been given an injection elsewhere and remedies have been taken according to the report that we have received. The Committee on Health has also planned to visit this centre and see whether it is there or not. The report indicates that the problem is environmental and not an outbreak. I am taking the report the way I have received it and it is good to do a follow up on the ground to establish what is exactly happening in this county in western Kenya."
