    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by deleting paragraph (j). Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is a Bill that will take care of many Ministries. We already have Bills at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries that have been legislated on. We have to ensure that we do not have duplication of the same. That is why we are deleting paragraph (j)."
