    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 17 and substituting therefor the following new clause- Remuneration 17. There shall be paid to the members of the Board. of such remuneration, fees or allowances as the Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, determine. This is meant to ensure that we realign the remuneration of the Board but not just that of the chairperson alone as it was the case in the original Bill."
