    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 46 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “two million shillings or to imprisonment for a term of three years” appearing immediately after the words “not exceeding” and substituting therefor the words “ten million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eight years”. Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, this is because of the same reason; to ensure that we have a better penalty for anybody found guilty."
