    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (4) – (5) A person whose land or property is damaged as a result of the exercise of the powers of the Director of Mines under subsection (1) is entitled to fair, prompt and full compensation for such damage in accordance with this Act."
