    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 38 be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the word “un- alienated” appearing at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “unregistered”. Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, the word “un-alienated” is not correct.
