    "content": "Committee. Some things have come to the attention of this House and Members, which we need to discuss, probably in a Kamukunji or in a manner suggested by the Chair or the Speaker. In our constituencies and your constituency, there have been issues of, for example, bursaries. The national bursary which has been coming to our constituencies was not forthcoming this past financial year. It has also come to our attention that constituencies of Members who sit on the Budget and Appropriations Committee have been getting some weird funding, which was concealed when we passed the Budget in this House."
