    "content": "In the registration of these companies, the liability of members is supposed to be stated, whether by shares or by guarantee and the type of company, whether private or public is also supposed to be stated. There is also a statement of capital that indicates the initial shareholding and a statement of guarantee. Finally, there has to be a statement of the company’s proposed officers. These proposed officers are the directors, assistant directors, company secretary and anybody who is designated as a signatory to the company’s accounts. The law is clear that unlawful companies may not be registered. It is important that the definition of “unlawful companies” be clearly defined, so that anyone who wants to register a business can understand what they cannot get into."
