    "content": "This law talks about the rights of members and makes the rights of members very clear. Members have rights to nominate other persons and have rights to information within the company. These are clearly articulated. They make it very clear and very easy for anybody that is operating in a company to understand his or her rights. Clause 122 talks about company directors and their appointments and removal. It further talks about transactions that require approval of members, so that directors do not do anything that they wish. Finally, the Bill talks about disqualification of directors within these companies. These are regulations that will go a long way in ensuring that companies operate within the law and in the right manner.
