"content": "First of all, it is the issue of forming companies easily. We are living at a time in Kenya when the interest of many people is to be part of the development of this country. Since the Jubilee Government came into power, they have really pushed for the women, youth and people with disabilities to be awarded 30 per cent of the tenders. For you to get a tender in this country, you have to make sure that you have a company. That is the problem that people are facing. I have been looking at this Bill and I have not seen any place that deals with that issue. This is the issue of the Registrar of Companies being in the central place in Nairobi. We need to make it easy for the youth and people in counties to register companies. There is a lot of information in this Bill that needs a lot of scrutiny and should be understood by the public. We need to find a way of educating the public on how to register companies and the different types of companies that we have."
