    "content": "Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. The Companies Bill, 2015, is very important. It has taken a lot of time, but it is a Bill whose time has come. As you are aware, the process of amending the relevant Act has taken over 20 years for us to get to where we are today. Many stakeholders have been involved in the long process of coming up with this Bill. The law that we are using at the moment is very old. It is like the one that was used by the British from 1948.
