    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for inviting me to talk about this Bill. I stand to support it because it is an advantage to our youth and women who have been marginalized. We know that there are big companies and our youth and women have always been disadvantaged. But this Bill is going to help them register companies without any difficulty. There has been a lot of corruption in Kenya. When we pass this Bill, the companies which have been hiding behind the curtains and did not want to name the directors of the registered companies, will be shown the door. If we do this, we will reduce corruption as we will have directors accountable for the mistakes they have made. On double registration of companies, most of the registered companies have been doubled thus disadvantaging other people who want to take advantage of the registration of companies. Most women and the youth are denied this while other companies have double registration. This Bill will help us identify the hidden criminals behind the curtains. With those remarks, I support the Bill. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
