The minimum amount of time we should give Members when we are discussing important policies in this country - policies that have never been established by the various Ministries like employment, productivity and national cohesion - is at least five minutes. There is no need of doing research and then, before you start, your time is over. I would say we have, at least, five minutes for every Member."
