    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I just want to thank the Minister and all my colleagues. This Motion has received contribution from 17 hon. Members and all of them, with one voice, have said that it is the right way to go. If we do not go this way, then there is a possibility, as hon. Members have said, that we can deny millions of Kenyans an opportunity to register as Kenyans. What we want to do is for the Minister and his staff to change their mindset and the policy and treat Kenyans as Kenyans because the problem is the mindset!"
