    "content": "This is going to bring a very big change in this country where young people will have an opportunity to practise what they have learnt. If you look at what has just been said, technology is changing on a daily basis. People need to be acquainted with those changes in technology. As the Seconder has said again, we not only need to look at this country but also to prepare young people to export those kinds of acquired skills.
