    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support Sessional Paper No. 2 being a member of this society who understands the challenges that our young men and women are going through in trying to get training when they are still in college. I was once a deputy director of an institution. Most of the students were taking training when they were still in college. The most pressing problems that I came across are the requirements that the students need to have before they get trained or attached to institutions."
