    "content": "out there. It is possible for a person in those professions to go directly from college and work because they are properly prepared. We need to improve this policy by making it obligatory to mass employers to take in a certain number of trainees for industrial attachment against certain incentives from the Government. We have a massive output in tertiary colleges, but they are not productive. We also need to put policy in the area of budget. We need to take care of the current budgetary constraints in the National Industrial Training and Attachment (NITA). We also need to increase colleges and institutions across the country and in every county to take care of that. We also need to give serious incentives to the industries to take up graduates for industrial training."
