    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to say that we need to be very cognizant of the fact that we cannot use gender to get away with everything. I was talking of attachments to our people. As I was going round in my area of jurisdiction, that is Cherangany, recently I came to learn that we need to do something in this country. Employers, industries and the people that those on attachment work for are not doing what they are supposed to do. As you go around the world and especially in the developed countries, things are different. As we speak now, the world realizes that Kenya is on the move. As President Obama said, Kenya is on the move and Africa is on the move. We need to start and move towards engaging and looking at other people’s policies on how they deal with those on attachment.
