    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I am a Member of the Committee. This concept was brought to Mombasa when I was out of the country, courtesy of the Speaker of the National Assembly. I had gone to represent the country in a different committee. But I want to confirm without fear of contradiction that up to the time I am standing before this House, the Ministry or the Committee has not done much to consult the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) and the Federation of Kenya Employers. In fact, they have not been consulted. I would implore that their input be incorporated into this beautiful policy."
